About

   I am a father of three amazing boys that God gave me the honor to have, and a wonderful wife that I could never imagine having. As a family, we love to do everything together especially enjoying an excellent meal and serving others to the fullest. My eagerness for adventure coupled with my passion for cooking was inspired by my wife and kids. Because they have so many dietary restrictions, I began putting a menu together catered to their needs.

 

   Our ingredients are combined to create a moment and flavor that you will never forget. Coming from the Dominican Republic and growing up in the east coast NYC and experiencing such a memorable childhood, my roots have always been in my heart and DNA. We as a family, decided to pursue our dreams to own a restaurant that will serve our community and other families. My family’s value starts with serving our God, family and business.

   In 2018, I created a game plan to become a chef. I enjoy the kitchen, pressure and the heat. I love playing with different ingredients that help me master my craft. As I continue growing my passion, I also continue to discover the magic of feeding souls. Our mission is to serve people with love and integrity.
